1. Eat the right foods – even if you have to go to McDonald’s, you can find a salad or a plain sandwich and leave the fat on the counter.
2. Get some exercise – use the stairs, park at the far end of the line, walk the dog, dig up the flower beds, whatever it takes!
3. Stop smoking (or better, never start) it will ruin your life expectancey.
4. Drink in moderation.
5. Lose some weight – 60% of US citizens need to do so!
6. Be as happy as you can, bring joy to others – life is short, so live each day like it may be your last, because one day you will be right!
